Meeting the industry in London
Flex To Go attended World Travel Market London on 5–7 November 2024 at ExCeL London. Our team welcomed visitors to stand S4-428 to discuss car rental, mobility and opportunities to join the franchise network.
A report published on the second day described a programme of meetings and discussions about the development of the global car rental market. The team also invited further visitors to come to the stand and take part in those conversations.
Introducing the franchise journey
Before the event, Flex To Go explained the steps of joining the network. An introductory meeting covered the business model, the brand’s values and the benefits of the partnership. The next stage was an application describing the prospective partner’s experience and motivation.
For accepted applicants, the process included training in operating procedures, customer service standards and business management. The invitation also described the ongoing support and resources available after joining the network.
From an invitation to a conversation
The WTM invitation was addressed to businesses interested in developing their car rental operations with a partner. Visitors could arrange a meeting in advance and use the time in London to learn more about the model directly from the Flex To Go team.
The event connected that explanation of the franchise process with the wider discussions taking place at the stand. We thank everyone who visited us at ExCeL and shared their perspective on the international rental market.
